Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or call from our team.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city or location.
In remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 days.
Unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or national holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Delivery Nationwide — there are no hidden charges on any order.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your order’s delivery status.
6. Wrong Address or Contact Information

8. Undeliverable Orders
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or repeatedly fails to receive the package, the order may be canceled or rescheduled.
In such cases, additional delivery attempts may require extra time.
